DraftKings’ mobile casino notched its largest progressive payout in the state of Michigan on Wednesday when a bettor claimed a $2.2 million jackpot on the El Dorado The Lost City online slot.
The winning bet came on a 10-cent wager, as the bettor claimed a jackpot that had been building for four weeks. It was the sixth payout of at least $1 million since DraftKings launched its progressive jackpots last year.
While the $2.2 million payday is the largest in the Wolverine State for DraftKings, the jackpot fell short of DraftKings’ record $3.3 million payout recorded in New Jersey in June. That win also came on a 10-cent bet playing the Ancient Fortunes: Zeus slot.
DraftKings is the largest online casino tethered to tribal gaming in Michigan, operating via the Bay Mills Indian Community. It has claimed more than $650 million in total gross revenue since launching in January 2021.
