Michigan online casino players who have yet to open a FanDuel Casino account can do so between now and Aug. 3 for a chance to win free chicken dinners for a year. The campaign, titled “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner,” launched on May 10 in the six states where iCasino is legal, including Michigan.
“We know that winning is undefeated and what better way to celebrate a win than with a chicken dinner?” Daniele Phillips, vice president of brand strategy for FanDuel Casino, said in a press release.
Every Friday through Aug. 3, FanDuel will randomly select one new online casino customer who has deposited at least $1 to win a $5,000 gift card, which will be redeemable at the following restaurants: Chipotle, Taco Bell, Burger King, Sonic, Buffalo Wild Wings, Olive Garden, Applebee’s, Red Lobster, Grubhub, Doordash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Home Chef, Taco Bell, Safeway, Sheets, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Sonic, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Texas Roadhouse, Brinker 3-Choice (includes Chili’s, On the Border Mexican, Maggiano’s Little Italy), Papa Johns, Darden Restaurants (includes Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Yard House, Seasons 52, and Bahama Breeze®), IHOP, Dos Caminos, Bloomin Brands (includes Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar), Jersey Mike’s, Hooters, Del Frisco’s Grille, Capital Grille, Mastro’s, Legal Seafoods, Target, Amazon, Walmart, Domino’s, and Giant Eagle.
Despite the name of the promotion, nowhere in its terms and conditions does it state that winners need to use their gift cards to purchase poultry.
FanDuel’s online casino launched in Michigan in January of 2022 and, in terms of handle, has consistently been the second or third most popular online casino in the state.
